Introduction:

I am a true Yorkshire lass having been born and brought up in the West Riding, Yorkshire's industrial heartland and the cradle of our economy. With my local knowledge I can introduce you to places you might not find on your own and ensure you get the most out of your visit.

A day out with me would give you an insight into the region's beating heart - the loveliest views, the most interesting attractions and the most welcoming spots for that all--important afternoon tea. I can give you an authentic experience of local life with my enthusiasm for the area and insider knowledge. Let me entertain you!

My previous guests have included groups from all over the world - USA, Canada, China, the Lebanon. I am equally at home with U3A groups or student parties and can tailor my approach to suit your needs. I am an accredited York Minster guide and recently I have been leading faith tours to our great cathedral cities.

In addition to my Blue Badge qualification I am a City of Westminster guide lecturer and an experienced Tour Manager having worked with leading British and American companies.

I have achieved my Good to Go accreditation, Safe Travels certificate and have been vaccinated against Covid-19 so you can travel with the security of knowing you are in safe hands.
